The Polski Dom 2000 always tries to satisfy its guests and
customers.
If
there is anything you are not sure of or require a food or service you do not see in
our proposal, please do not hesitate to ask. We will do our best to accommodate

PROPERTY
RESERVATION
We can tentatively
hold your reservation for a period of no longer than three weeks. To confirm a
booking, a deposit will be required.
CONTRACT
COMPLETION
Your contract
should be completed with the office at least three weeks prior to your function
date. This would give us enough time that is required to do our ordering, staffing and
preparation for any special requests you may have. If the contract is not finalized
in time, a late charge may be applied to your invoice.
PRICING
Prices are guaranteed for a period of 60 days prior to the date of the
function. All food and non-alcoholic beverage prices are subject to 8%PST, 7%GST
and a 10% service charge.
FUNCTION
SIZE
When booking the property we need to know approximately how many people
will be attending your event. However, we will require the confirmed number of
guest two weeks prior to the function. You will be responsible for the
guaranteed number of guests or the actual number of meals, whichever is greater.

We do not allow
any food or beverage to be brought into the Polski Dom 2000 property. Only, when
ordering a meal with your function, the Polski Dom 2000 will allow you to bring
in your own home-made sweets for your sweet table.

We have a variety of services available to suit your function needs. You
will find these listed in our Banquet Menu. The rules and Regulations of The
Provincial Liquor Laws and policies of the Polski Dom 2000 govern us. All wines
and spirits are priced including taxes and services.
CANCELLATION
POLICY:
If a cancellation of an event occurs, the initial deposit will be
retained unless the property is rented. An additional fee will also be charged
in the event of cancellation less than 2 months prior to the function date.
INVOICING:
For all function we require payment of the food portion the day before
the
function. The remaining balance will be invoiced and payment in full will be
required thirty days from the date of the invoice or a late fee service charge
will be added.
